On their website, you will find information about every product they manufacture, including installation & maintenance instructions, application data, and a sizing program that allows you to select valves for your specific needs. Whether your requirements are for gaseous or liquid media, Schubert & Salzer has a product that addresses your needs.

Schubert & Salzer exemplifies excellent response and delivery, highly functional products that are competitively priced, completing a full circle of value.

One example of where these valves are used is in tire production plants. Tire curing presses work at high pressures of steam, water, and nitrogen, as well as at high temperatures. In addition, the very short processing cycles require extremely robust valves for very high cycles, so that good operating efficiency is achieved with the service life being as long as possible.

Especially two valves of Schubert & Salzer have proven particularly suitable for these demanding operating conditions.

Angle seat valve 7010 in stainless steel distinguishes itself by high Cv values in a very compact construction, a variety of possible connections, and very easy maintenance. High-temperature versions, developed especially for tire curing presses, ensure a high degree of tightness and long service life even in hot-water applications up to 220°C.

The special advantage of 7010 angle seat valves is the high wear resistance. This is very important under the critical conditions of vulcanization with deposits and corrosion in the pipeline. The 7010 valves from Schubert & Salzer operate at the same place without problems for 2–3 years without leakage.

The unique sliding gate valve of Schubert & Salzer has proven itself as the superior control valve solution in tire curing presses all over the world. The GS valve product line controls liquid, steam, and gaseous media precisely, quickly, and economically.

In curing installations, the following properties of sliding gate control valves have proven extremely advantageous:

Valves of Schubert & Salzer are not only used in tire curing presses, but of course also in the central supply of steam or nitrogen, at the mixer (air regulation for further transport), air conditioning, etc.

The Ball Sector Valve, especially designed to handle arduous duties, slurries, and viscous fluids, is suitable for control and isolation. With pneumatic and electrical actuators, it is the best choice for very precise control in, for example, the paper, steel, chemical, food, and effluent industries.

Globe valves are available in two categories: conventional and angle globe. These control valves feature integral top mount positioners; pneumatic, analogue, and digital. Motor operators are also available for both on/off and positioning control.

Sizes available are 1/4″ through 3″. Control valves are 316 stainless steel, and on/off motorized versions are also available in bronze.

If you are looking for a solid Industrial Process Control Valve, look no further. Shubert & Salzer is your valve. Call one of our offices today or inquire about our valves on our website, and one of our field sales specialists will get back with you to discuss your application needs.
